Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Because many of our products are custom-made, additional processing time may be required during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
